I talked with Chris Theisen at @HareChevy As a corporate sponsor Chris and Hare Chevrolet agreed to put together the nomination form and final ballot using @formstack Thanks Chris!

CLARIFICATIONS ON ABOVE RULES:

The phrase”ACTIVELY participating…” will be changed to “All nominees must have a social media presence on at least three major platforms.” This could be a personal or a work related presence (It is – after all – a social media event )
——–
Grooviest “Campaign” clarification — can mean:
1) Overall Social Media activity
2) a Social Media strategy launching a business or new product line
3) a Social Media promotion / giveaway

Ethics … is a branch of philosophy which seeks to address questions about morality; that is, about concepts such as good and bad, right and wrong, justice, and virtue. – wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethics
The Most Ethical Social Media Company can be defined as a company whose actions are virtuous:
# the quality of doing what is right and avoiding what is wrong

# a particular moral excellence
wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn

Examples of Ethical actions may include:
# Dealing fairly with prices and services – not OVER charging
# Recommending another company that may do a better job, even if it’s a competitor
# Giving credit where credit is due – NOT stealing someone else’s work (like plagiarizing a blog)
# Returning phone calls and answering correspondence in a timely fashion
