My mother-in-law mentored me on the method of preparing this dish and we have continued the tradition. It is our special meal every year... Amy,

This is the line that stabbed my soul: Everyone in the United States is damn lucky to be living in a country where even the poorest among us are still among the top 5% of the wealthiest people on earth.
